Once you enrol you will receive the log in details via email and you can begin the challenge immediately. We do not guarantee profits or payouts and the assimilation test is supported by a third party.

Once you have successfully passed the challenge twice (withdrawal stage) you can then apply for the ambassador position. Once you have enrolled on the ambassador train the trainer package you will then be given access to upload and sell digital assets / webinar courses you have hosted within the community and receive an affiliate link for products in the community for a commission. All digital assets you create, you will set your own fee and this will be loaded to the course section within the platform and emailed to the entire network.

In line with your terms and conditions all subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are non refundable.

Absolutely! We believe that the Rebuild Community is for us all. Those who are just as passionate about our vision will want to share what we have and the value that we bring. Once you enrol you can request for a referral link and we will pay you up to £50 for the referral of subscription services and 10% for high value items.

There is no cancellation of the bootcamps, assimilation accounts or mentorship offers. All discounted products and services are non refundable, transferable or changeable.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, courses, mentorship programmes, events, and packages purchased from The Rebuild Community Ltd.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Responsibility

You agree to make all payments in full and on time as set out in your selected payment plan.

• Payments must be made on the agreed dates
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available
• Missed or failed payments place your account into arrears immediately
• The full balance remains payable regardless of usage, attendance, or participation

Failure to maintain payments is a breach of this agreement.

2. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is agreed, you are committing to the full contract value.

• A payment plan is a legally binding agreement
• It is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled
• Payments must continue until the full balance is cleared
• Early termination is not permitted

Failure to engage with the programme does not remove your obligation to pay in full.

3. Communication Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication.

• You must inform us in advance of any payment difficulty
• Communication must be made in writing via official email channels
• Social media, WhatsApp, or informal messages are not valid forms of notice
• Failure to communicate does not remove your responsibility to pay

We will support where communication is proactive and respectful.

4. Failed Payments, Arrears and Late Fees

If a payment fails:

• Your account will be placed into arrears immediately
• Our system will continue to attempt to collect outstanding payments

Payments more than 7 days overdue may result in:

• A late payment fee being applied
• Interest charged in line with UK statutory interest on overdue debts

Access to services may be restricted or removed until payments are brought up to date.

5. Default

You will be considered in default if:

• Two consecutive payments are missed
• You fail to respond to communication regarding arrears

In the event of default:

• The full outstanding balance becomes immediately due
• Your account may be escalated to debt recovery or legal proceedings

6. Adjustments to Payment Plans

In cases of genuine financial difficulty:

• You may request a revised payment arrangement
• Approval is at the sole discretion of The Rebuild Community Ltd
• Any revised terms must be agreed in writing

Until agreed, original payment terms remain in force.

7. No Refunds and No Cancellations

All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• Once a purchase is made, you are fully committed
• Once work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted

This applies to all programmes, services, digital products, events, and mentorship packages.

8. Commencement of Work

Work is considered to have started once any of the following has occurred:

• Access has been granted to any programme or community
• Materials, strategies, or resources have been shared
• Any session, onboarding, or planning has taken place

Once work has commenced, your full financial commitment remains.

9. Access and Removal

The Rebuild Community Ltd reserves the right to:

• Suspend or remove access due to non-payment
• Remove access due to breach of these terms

Removal or suspension does not cancel your financial obligation.

All outstanding balances remain payable.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting The Rebuild Community Ltd in writing.

• Any chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a breach of contract
• We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds, including legal action
• Evidence of agreement, access, and delivery will be provided in defence of any dispute

11. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results.

• Outcomes vary based on individual effort, consistency, and application
• Financial, business, or personal results are not guaranteed

You accept full responsibility for your actions and results.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided is the intellectual property of The Rebuild Community Ltd.

• You may not copy, share, record, reproduce, or distribute any materials
• You may not resell or repurpose any content

Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

13. Non-Transfer of Access

All purchases are for individual use only.

• Access cannot be shared, transferred, or resold
• Any unauthorised sharing will result in immediate removal without refund

14. Reputation and Conduct Clause

You agree not to engage in any conduct that damages the reputation of The Rebuild Community Ltd, its directors, team, or brand.

This includes:

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory statements
• Encouraging others to avoid payment or breach agreements
• Publicly or privately attempting to damage the brand’s reputation

If you have a concern or complaint:

• You must raise it directly in writing to The Rebuild Community Ltd
• We will provide an opportunity to resolve the matter professionally

Any attempt to publicly damage the brand without following this process will be treated as a breach of contract.

We reserve the right to take legal action for defamation, reputational harm, and financial loss caused.

15. Termination by Company

The Rebuild Community Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access at its discretion.

• No refund will be issued
• Any outstanding balance remains payable in full

16. Legal Enforcement

Failure to meet your payment obligations may result in:

• Debt recovery action
• Referral to collection agencies
• Legal proceedings through the courts

You will be liable for any additional costs incurred in recovering the debt.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and The Rebuild Community Ltd.

They override any prior discussions, representations, or verbal agreements.

19. Agreement
