From the outside, I was thriving in my corporate career, hitting big goals in property and making waves over 7 figures. But inside, I was crumbling under the weight of shame, people-pleasing, and trauma. I hid behind a mask, convincing myself I was fine, until I wasn’t.

It took hitting rock bottom for me to realise that money alone couldn't buy me happiness. What was the point of 'making this money' seeing all this 'success' if I was losing myself in the process? I had no time to enjoy it, I spent less and less time with my family and loved ones and I began to question who my real friends really were.

I rebuilt my life from the ground up, anchored in faith and authenticity. I quit my bank job in 2018 and I never looked back. I created my coaching programmes, events and products and launched. I've helped hundreds of men and women launch their businesses too.

I, like most people who are starting out began with £47 products and I saw the work that I was doing far outweighed the price tag. I was stuck doing 1-1s and suffering burnout. But the interesting thing was I realised I was saying the same things multiple times just to different people. I was a subject matter expert and didn't understand how to steward this.

I kept telling myself God would bless me for being a blessing but to be honest the business and ministry lines were extremely blurred and I realised God doesn't bless chaos. I could no longer demand from God what I poorly stewarded. Up until this point I had never paid for coaching or mentoring, I was so used to getting it free from my manager at work.

But I shifted my mindset and went on my first personal development and lifestyle retreat in Dubai and I paid £6000 to go. It was the biggest investment I'd made into my personal development at that time. But it was the best decision I could have made and it triggered me to do the internal work and get to work cliche as it sounds (smarter not harder).

I began to see traits in my business that showed me I still needed to heal. Selling my services too cheaply showed me I didn't value the skills I had. Not making an effort with my appearance revealed to me that letting myself go I was forgetting that I was part of a royal priesthood. My self esteem was shot.

There were times I would even keep quiet about what I offered as I didn't feel worthy of the big sale. Would they really pay 10k for me? I could sell the £200 packages all day but could I really sell high ticket? Me ? The girl born in south London?

Then I made a decision. Mentorship. Ive gained strategies from some of the best in the world, including Tony Robbins and Dr Sonja Stribling.

Since 2022 Pastor Dr Luke D Quamina has taken me under his wing and with his guidance everything changed.

Now I host retreats and sell coaching services and products worldwide ranging from £2500 up to £30,000. Which then led to corporate high ticket offers starting from £50,OOO.

I have worked in schools, prisons and churches helping the customers, staff and senior leadership to support, serve and scale, increasing morale, results and revenue.

I have utilised technology which now allows more time to spend with my 3 beautiful children, husband, family and friends to enjoy life on my terms.

You can still impact without being tied to an office or a laptop.

The key was Becoming a student again. I had to keep working on my humility and self belief enabling me to submit to the process and to ask questions and really listen to my mentor. I gave my team more responsibility for growth and listened to their suggestions which were often better than mine.

I forced myself to exercise bravery, create duplicatable strategies and develop community, boundaries and systems. I opened my team to the idea of making mistakes is okay so we can grow so no one was afraid to innovate and take risks.

I was so use to being the one in charge and being the expert, I realised I was riding off my past achievements and hadn't prioritised my own growth.

One investment in my development paid off and it continues to pay off today. I look back like wow, my mindset found it a challenge to invest £6000 back then and now I invest over 6 figures annually in my personal self development and growth and the same for my team. It just goes to show that if you want growth you first have to sow. As the word says Seed Time Harvest Time. I realised if I wanted to create a 7 figure cash flow I had to be at peace with sowing 6 figures. I couldn't be afraid to lose the level I wanted growth from.
